DS4 tool controller emulator problem

So I have a PS4 controller that I use on my PC for drving and fighting games, I used to have a 360 controller but the wire broke. So since most PC games only support Xbox 360 pads I use an emulator called DS4tool and use the latest version 1.2.2. The problem is in some games it detects two controllers (because this is just tricking the game to think my PS4 controller is a Xbox 360 controller), so the gane gets confused. The emulator has an option to "hide DS4" so the game will only detct the emulated 360 controller. Problem is when I click this it won't detect my PS4 controller or the emulated 360 pad. I checked the emulator and it said "Could not open controller for exclusive access, try quiting any applications that may be using the controller" I closed all applications running on my PC, and it still said it!! I restarted my PC and tried again same message. I uninstalled and reinstalled the emulator and PS4 controller drivers but still the same message. I disabled my Anti-Virus incase it was trying to have a sneeky game of Mortal Kombat or Grid Autosport, but no luck got the same message
