Bought via PagSeguro , I have proof of purchase which was approximately three weeks , someone with this problem?

Contact the steam.

Probably becouse its overloaded. Ask steam if you can Preload GTA V.

The problem is that paid for PagSeguro , I have proof of payment, and the steam did not say anything in my account.

Your Steam account is level 0, which isn't usually the case once you have purchased a game. I suppose it being a preorder might be why. However the more concerning issue is why it says "no transactions". Even if the transaction failed, it should still show that on the page linked above. Did you buy the game directly from Steam?

If purchased from a 3rd party vendor, they should have instructions within the email of the purchase. and what to expect also.

I have the same issue. I have a receipt in my email from steam that i purchased it and paypal shows it was taken out of my account. I have contacted steam support but expect to wait 4-6 days for them to reply.

Yes, bought direct steam , I chose as payment the PagSeguro , I made the purchase normally.

you bought the game 1st then created an account ?



On the contrary, created the account , then realized the purchase of the game , but it was one after the other .
