Bug: Send messages button not working

Hey Folks,

I just wanted to message a friend and since he was not online at the moment I wanted to send it through his profile using the 'send message' button.
But nothing happens anymore when pressing the button.

I tried messaging another friend, since this FRIENDS' profile is private to see if that was the problem but didn't work with a friend who's profile was not private too, so it si really the button.

ps: I don't mean using an internet browers but through the installed steam app.
