Unable to sell stuff on the market

When I want to sell trading cards on tzhe market it says, that I don't have a permission or that I am excluded. I have no idea why. Have you any ideas?

It's pretty bad because I miss to sell items before they get cheap

Same problem for most people. I think its costing me more in electricty to put the cards up and down than the actual gain i get from it.

Steam overloading happen every time there is a major sale. I'm starting get fed up with this. There is no excuse whatsoever for Valve to scale up their servers.

Same problem here except I'm disallowed from selling because apparently I've not bought a game and owned it for 30 days even though my first purchase was months ago. Ridiculous.

is it just me, or is it for some other people that some times, your marcket just shows no price graph what so ever, and doesn't allow you to list or buy. I had that twice but it was better after refreshing( I use mac). But this third time, It doesn't. someone help. (its not steam guard)

I heard a rumor that steam doesn't allow you to buy for few days if you make to much profit (from very legit source, my friend.... lol)
