Can you list your hardware details? D3D is related to DirectX.
Have you tried to update your videocard drivers?

  1. Hold down the Windows and the R -buttons.
  2. Type in DXDIAG
  3. Press (ENTER)
      dxdiag opens up

      System -tab
    • See what ... you have
      • Processor
      • Memory
      • Operating System
      Display
    • See what ... you have
      • Device Name

  1. Install DirectX[www.microsoft.com]
  2. Install Visual C++ Redistributables[www.microsoft.com]

I just thought it might be useful too add the DXDIAG log so here you go, you can browse it a little bit.

Okay, so like the thread I saw, you're on an Intel HD 4000 integrated GPU.

Here's an old articled linked to by the topic I threw in #1:

This is an old one though (2013); so take it with a pinch of salt.

Can you try to update your videocard drivers?

i just updated my driver through the device manger
I followed these steps:
1) Goto device manager.
2) Under Display Adapters, find Intel HD graphics or similar.
3) Right click and select, "Update Driver Software..."
4) Select "Browse my computer for driver software"
5) Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"

Now you should hopefully see a couple of options. One will be something like "standard VGA adapter" or "microsoft basic display adapter". Select it and click next. Go through whatever process it needs with reboots and so forth.
