Steam Client Bootstrapper is not responding [FIXED]
Whenever i open up steam it goes to the login where i need to type my name.
Normal enough
but when i go to type in my account info it freezes and says steam client bootstrapper is not responding.
I really want to get into steam so i can play my games please help
P.S. i should add this: i can get into my games normally when i go to the shortcut on my computer but when i try to open the steam community it freezes (Steam Community not the game)

well maybe ur steam Bootstrapper file is corrupted or something cause it wont run o.o maybe update? or it does not run as admin just do this just launching steam as admin dont mean bootstrapper also run as admin

If using a PC
- Please exit Steam, and navigate to the …\Steam\ directory (by default this is C:\Program Files\Steam - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).
- Delete all of the files in this folder except: Steam.exe and the \Steamapps\ and \Userdata\ folders
- Restart your computer and test the issue again
its safe it wont affect ur game or anythings its reply from steam support
