Problema Steam [ HELP MEEE ]

Buna ziua ma numesc Florin Acum ceva timp am cumparat mai multe jocuri pe steam plata prin Paypal. Pana pe data de 8.Aprilie.2015 Am jucat pe acele jocuri fara nicio problema. De pe data de 9.Aprilie.2015 am primi steam alert.. si mi,au Disparut foarte multe jocuri din Library! Iar cele care inca mai apar la LIBRARI ma pune sa le cumpar din nou! Am sa las mai jos Poze cu datele si platile jocurilor
Ce sa fac? Am facut si tiket.. dar nu mi.au raspuns! CE pot face?

HELP ME PLEASE

Am trimes Tiket dar nu mi sa raspuns de catre nimeni. Dar este normal sa imi dispara jocurile din Library?

Chiar la acest lucru ma gandesc si eu dc am alerta... Deoarece ziua de ieri a mers ori ce joc... Adica am put juca ori ce joc si nu aveam alerta... Iar astazi cand am intrat pe steam mi.a aparut alerta Si nu am idee dc... :)

Dar este posibil sa imi primesc inapoi jocurile primite? Deoarece in email pe care lam trimes la Suport am pus si poze cu plata jocurilor si Date despre cont!
