Error code 102

i can connect to most aspects of steam except for the support page and http://store.steampowered.com/ can anyone help me with this problem? :L

Can you connect to the support page and store page via your Steam client - i.e. is the problem specific to a web browser?

No it do not, he has other issue, 192,x,x,x is know as privat network lan adr.

then you change ip , thats same as tell door name plate other name, you have other issue then change ip adr.

feel free to reset you network ( netsh winsock reset ) or other netcard driver update or reset roter wifi or update its firmware ) or recheck own firewall /antivirus app issue

this psot is old and oudate and a steam moderator should close it.

a 2015 post from before win10, scream of alot of old news and ppl get better at IT,
change IP adr on lan wont fix a thing, thats dont mean you cant make other mistake with been block or security app doing it, or router adminstrator did it.

only reason why i reply so ppl learn from it

this is part of privat network adr class A, B, C, and thats a local thingy.

most know this, but dont expect other will tell you anything, as i said you have other issue then just change ip adr. ( could said half truth, because you claim it did ) same as all roads lead to rome expression, only way to get ride of such post is to tell it.

ps.
Dont forget repair Network connection is also possible in the advance network.
even seen on laptop you have to forget current network and add it again as a FIX. ( smell more like a login/pw issue, also learn on table to wifi router, so things is not just simple then other things or units cause new problem outside pc only.
