Someone bought steam games on my stolen credit card, help please!
So, this thursday my wallet was stolen, and when i noticed i immediately froze all accounts and such.. But when Easter had passed and my internet bank was updated i could see someone had bought something for the value of 65 dollars on my credit card.

Now my question is, is there any way to locate who did this or which account it was bought for or the IP.. Anything! I might have to get the police involved.

Any help/suggestions are much appreciated!!! :)))

Contact Steam support by creating a separate account here: http://support.steampowered.com/

Mind you i have contacted my credit card company and the police, and written to steam support. But we all know steam support can take as long as 4 weeks, and i simply do not have that much time, with my wallet was also stolen a jacket worth several hundred dollars and many more things of value..

Please help :)!

Us users cannot do anything. You need to talk to Steam support as they are the only ones who can help you.
