i use AliPay charge the money,but the things was happend,Alipay display payment success but have not received the game in steam and AliPay treasure reality trading success.
I hope u can hear me and answer me plz. most important thing is get my money back.or just give me the game(GTA5) and email me the bill.
i use steam support send 3msg to you people but nothing back.it's it real work or just a lie?

The fact it shows you failed means Steam doesn't have your money; it means AliPay has put your money on the side and they should return your money in 3-5 business days.

And if it says 'Failed' on Steam's end, it means Alipay put the money on hold and they're the ones responsible for returning it in 3-5 business days; not Steam.
