Removing Limited User Accounts through buying dota 2 items
can it be done? Buying a dota 2 item to remove the restriction? Because I bought a charm for the Treasure of Summit's Roots but the restriction is still there. Help please!

Can't be from the Market, OP is a limited user.

OP, did you buy the item from the In-Game Store?
Do you see a Purchase marked in https://store.steampowered.com/account/ingame_transactions/

Any market purchased are limited for 7 days, weither if your account is new or not.

yep, i still can't add any friends, it's still 'your account does not meet the requirements to use this feature'. Maybe i should restart steam first?
anyways technically i shouldn't be limited any longer right?

if you buy from the dota store it will un-limit your account.
it just takes longer try restarting steam.

the acount is less old than 30 days so i presume it might take at least a month.

AFAIK buying an item in a F2P game won't unlimit the account.

limited account have not much to do with the 30 day market only restriction.

it took 5 hours after buying from the dota store for my account get to lvl 1
Verniy's profile will probably stay lvl 0 after the microtransaction gets counted as a purchase.
