Is it possible to trade a game i have in my library?

So i have Dishonored in my library and i really don't like it (I have played less than 1 hour, and it really sucks). So is there a way that i can trade it for another game (Like Terraria, which i am crazy with, but i don't have any money on my account, and i can't add funds, since i don't have a credit card) If not, how di contact Steam Support, and see if they can make it a gift?

Can not be done at all. Nothing can ever be traded or gifted from your Library.

The article is referring to buying a game as a gift, which means it was never in your library. Those can be traded and gifted to others.

To me it seems like cheap copy of Thief 4. I absolutely adored that game but this one, just doesnt give the feels, but if i don't find a solution, i might have to buy the retail version of Terraria later this week. (There is a retail version isnt there?)
