DS3 tool bluetooth problem

Hi everyone,
So i bought a bluetooth adapter and i plugged it on my laptop then i plugged my dualshock ps3 controller, and paired it with the bluetooth adapter(i installed all the drivers in the driver manager tab), but when i go to the profiles, i cant change the LED customization and vibration test doesn't work. and when i start skyrim ,i see the marker near each option that means it rcognizes that a controller is plugged in, but when i press the controller buttons, it doesn't respond, and it doesn't affect the game (i press up it doesn't do anything for example). please help me because i don't like playing with a wire plugged on my controller (the controller works fine with the USB wire).
