Is scum a bad word that i can not use in my profile?

here is the story I have been getting alot of private invites from people i dont know i nearly got my account hacked luckly i found out in time. But i am still getting invites from people i dont know and i block all of them and report them like this

"I have been getting a lot of friend requests and all of them have thier profile blocked. I dont know these people and I dont friend anyone whos profile is block. so I block them. but this is getting ridiculous and I am getting fed up with this. I put up suspected hijacker but I also think they are attempting a trade scam."

But i dont think that its working so i was taking on a new tactic to at least slow down the amount of invites i am getting. so I want to add this to the top of my profile it does not have a single foul word in it but I dont know if I can use the word "SCUM" because I really want to. but i dont want to get a ban or something. here it goes:

PEOPLE WITH PRIVATE ACCOUNTS DO NOT FRIEND ME!
I WILL BLOCK YOU AND AUTOMATICLY REPORT YOU AS A SUSPECTED HIJACKER AND ALSO ATTEMPTING A TRADE SCAM!
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE SCUMS OF THE EARTH AND DO NOT DESERVE A COMPUTER LET ALONE A STEAM ACCOUNT!

If people are sending you annoying invites then your best bet is to ignore them.
