Mouse always spazzes when I try to lift it up
I use a Razer Naga 2014, 1200 DPI and 3.0 game sensitivity. Whenever I try and lift my mouse up quickly it always moves the crosshair down and right, and in extreme cases I lift it up and now I'm looking at the ground. It really sucks and messes me up so much. Help please ;-;

Checked for foreign objects like hairs near the sensor? I have to clean mine every few days, the cat is shedding right now and they get EVERYWHERE!

Does that Razor/Mouse software support a feature for Sensor Depth/Range to Surface?
Lower it if it does.

When u clean your mouse, afterwards it helps to use canned compressed air into the hole/sensor area, as you might have micro-fibers/dust there (can be hard to get out otherwise) and that will "screw" with the sensor overall.

I have the exact same problem. When I lift to readjust my mouse, the cursoer moves down.
Even if I lift sideways only.

Used my warranty to get a new one and didn't have the problem for a few days.

No idea what exactly is wrong. There are days when it's working without problem for hours and on other days I start up the pc and 10minutes later it starts again....

I guess I give it back and get the logitech g600

seems anytime i have this problem the cord seems to have looped over itself. I extend it out and hang it behind my system again and the mouse works fine. might be a wire issue

i worked it out, it happened to me just then. turn the switch on the bottom to off and plug it in manually (elite).
if u have a chroma or original then unplug and plug into a new port

turns out that all of the razor mice form that series have a internalized setting specifically for lift off. If the eye gets shifted even the slightest and the laser isnt prefectly in the right place it can sence when you make any horizonal movement as the eye also lifting. Witht his happening it decided that the curser should move to match the lift off (the settign to alter it didnt work properly from the beginning) which sent it into a mad dash in a random direction kinda like a cat taht gets spooked in a room full of stuff and tile floor.

"edit" Mouse ended up being rma three times due to faults in hardware. All the same. upgraded to logitech g600 and other than it not recognizing some games its a great move on my part.

if you hold the scroll wheel, and the left and the right mouse buttons, it will do a quick reset, which worked for me.

Thanks! I checked and it was a hair, but not from a pet as I don't have one.
