i click .scr file in steam help

I have no idea now .I search for how to delete the scr file and virus scan my PC. My backpack
my wallets and my credit card didn't used my ID didn't change. But still i can't login to steam
it's said Steam is having a trouble connecting to the steam servers. but i can loging in with my phone and in my browser. pls can anyone help (sry my bad eng)

Do a full scan of your computer with both an antivirus program and an antimalware program (e.g. Malware Bytes). Change your Steam password and your email password. Open Steam and click Steam > Settings > Manage Steam Guard Account Security > Deauthorize other PCs.

i reunistall steam and this time i can open now .I check everything and do what moeroris said but i dind't do virus scan yet so i'll do it now thx for help ps. My antivirus is Avast is that good one?

If you change details with a malware present, its worthless.

If you dont know how to deal with a virus, maybe you will keep the infection after the antivirus didnt find it. Who knows what the infection does.

Only professional virus remover may know it.
Or people who gathered "experience" by getting infected.

You dont want to pay the former,
and you dont want to be the later.

The safest way is to format and reinstall the os. (Make backups of your important files, but dont backup the virus.)
