Do a full scan of your computer with both an antivirus program and an antimalware program (e.g. Malware Bytes). Change your Steam password and your email password. Open Steam and click Steam > Settings > Manage Steam Guard Account Security > Deauthorize other PCs.
PauL, you'll need to register a support account and open a ticket.
The easiest way is do a clean install of the OS and Steam, and change all passwords
Now you can change your password and de-authorize all computers
If you dont know how to deal with a virus, maybe you will keep the infection after the antivirus didnt find it. Who knows what the infection does.
Or people who gathered "experience" by getting infected.
You dont want to pay the former,
and you dont want to be the later.
The safest way is to format and reinstall the os. (Make backups of your important files, but dont backup the virus.)
War, war never changes, and peoples never learn :)
