If I clikc on it I get the histroy of payments, I have a confirmed email adress + credit card attached to the acocount,what kind of information do they need?

I'm not from the US either but i can see a blue box with the text "tax information" to the right on that link.

If you are outside the US you still need to confirm that. Or wait until 2016.

I have placed and sold a lot of cards on the market, and after the 200th I guess , I have this massage when trying to hit sell button

no not there.

just sell an item and it will popup thats how it worked for me.
I ignored the first around 150 sales and just wrote my name on the one popping up at 200.

I just solved it :D with middle mouse button it worked ..... thank you for the fast replies
