Reinstall game without redownloading??

So i downloaded crysis wars and dowloaded mods to enable MP again but i messed something up and deleted/replaced files i shouldnt have. So now the menu wont even load, just background animation. So how do i reinstall the game without having to completely redownload the game??

So in order for me to simply Reinstall the game i either have to download it all over again or should have done a Backup of the game?
There is no "install" button that i can press again since i already have all the neccessary data on my computer?

Steam, doesn't have installers; which means you don't have the necessary files on your computer, You only have the files that Steam has installed.

The "Verify" function should, in theory, only download stuff that it considers broken. I don't know whether or not that works reasonably, as I have nevere messed with my games in that fashion.
