So I can advice everyone who has McAfee to disinstall it and use the combination above. If you decide to buy the premium version of MalwareBytes you need to adjust some setting, but it is very well explained on the site of MalwareBytes. To install Microsoft Security Essentials you need to run Windows, but I'm going out on a limb here thinking most of you have Windows.
Microsoft Security Essentials is useless but at least not conflict with anything, and does not consume resources :)
