Slow downolad speed

Hello guys ,so im hyped for GTA V and im waiting for its preload.But my steam downolads all games 500/kbs .My internet speed is good,here is photo : http://prntscr.com/6olcn6
I dont think it should downolad so slow,so do you have any ideas ?

1. Press the Windows -button
   
2. Right Mouse Click Computer
   
   • Properties
3. Device Manager
   
4. Network Adapters
   
   • Right Mouse Click your adapter in the collapsed list.
     
   • Properties
5. Driver -tab
   
   • Update Driver
