Nothing you can do really besides to learn from this and not repeat your mistakes.
Learn from your mistake and move on with your life. You more or less did everything Steam advises against doing and now you have had this happen.
For future reference. Only use the in client trading. If you've checked the forums or been around steam for a while you'll notice that like 80% of scams make use of 'gifting' because it is an unproitected interface. I.e. it's an interface that is not built around 'Exchange' as opposed to one way transactions.
If someone you're trading with say you need to send it as a Gift. Just end the conversation right there.
