How do i report or complain about Steam support?

I had multiple support tickets opened and the longest one was dated over a month ago and support merged them and didn't even answer any of my complaints...I want a way of either contacting Some higher up memberof Valve who will take my account issues seriously or a way to report the support staff doing not doing there jobs correctly!!!

Here is my Ticket Support Number - 4064-UPJB-6149

I have spend over £300+ GBP 330+ Games on the Steam store alone to then after this time have certain games from my account not work as in they're missing under my games list...

The main games missing are

Call of Duty World at War
Saints Row Gat Out Of Hell

I'm so pissed off right now...seems am being ignored even though they've clearly read my Support tickets and refusing to answer and help me...

You can't escalate your ticket, you'll just have to wait. Support is very slow.

I can see those games on your profile, so they aren't gone... maybe you accidentally set them as Hidden. Change your library display from Games to Hidden, see if they appear there.

Checked your games and you seem to own both of them, have you checked all of your library tabs? Might have opened up 'Installed' tab which would only show installed games.

I can see u do own both of those games.
So reason for "missing" would be you have Library set to something else, like perhaps "Installed" which would of course only show your currently installed games on said system. If you hover over Library > All Games then it should reveal a full listing of all owned Steam Games.

Both games are in your owned list

That means you likely either hid them in your library or are viewing your library incorrectly

Nope there definitely not showing up via Steam client, ooh and my Saints Row Gat is saying Purchase button over the play button??? thats another reason i need support to answer me as its asking me to rebuy the game i already own also i haven't even got playing it properly yet...played like 5 mins before this Purchase label appeared, as for COD WAW i dunno whats up with that...

It would help if you did not phrase your question in the absolute worst possible way as to create maximum confusion!!

Why do I have to reference your post history to find your ACTUAL question Which has nothing to do with you owning the game but with Family Sharing!

And you're wondering why Support is confused It's your own doing

Some games don't work under Family Sharing

Family Sharing isn't a right and not all games have to work just so you can bypass your BO2 VAC ban. Some games cannot be shared. That's the answer. Period. I'm going to guess that's the Answer you got anyways but simply didn't like it. Those games cannot be shared.

While Steam Client is running try
Copy + Paste either of these lines into IE address bar

steam://install/301910

1st is for CoD:WAW
2nd is for SR:GOoH

If does not work, u are on wrong Steam account or Family Sharing is enabled.
Not all games can be shared.
