i need help> why i cant add a low level account in dota2 steam my level is 20+ and why i can't add a level 10 below? why? is this bug or something error?

You cant add ANYONE!
If you had read the text linked in the beginning you would know that.

This is for all new accounts untill they spend money!

You can make even hundreds of accounts, as long you are level 0, you can't add.

Hmm, can you be unlimited and still be lvl 0? Or does the limit removal automatically bump you up to lvl1?

it is probably possible with a microtansaction on a new account in dota.
that would not have the XP to get to LVL1
