I need some facts and statistics about Valve / Steam

I searched alot in the Internet and need some facts and statistics about Valve / Steam. Im doing this for a Project in school and all i have right now is:
- Mike Harrington & Gaben founded 1996 Valve
- 1998 Release of Half-Life
- Gaben and Mike worked for Microsoft first
- Valve employes doesnt have managers.
- Steam was founded 2002
- Statistics of 2012: 3000+ Games, 75 Million users.
- 35% of all Games in steam we're never played.

I cant find Game statistics of all the time, only of the last 30 days.
I hope i can get some new facts.
