Error filling Bank Account Information

I keep getting the error message “The bank account holder name must match the name you have entered on Steam”. What do I do?

You need to use the name on the card / allocated by your financial institution. Any variations (Mr J Smith vs. Joseph Smith) will not be accepted. The names need to match exactly. Sometimes it is helpful to copy and paste the name into the banking data entry screen. Please note, this means you cannot use someone else’s bank account to process your payment.

I've alrdy read that.

The difference is on the name I've entered on steam (dunno what this is) and my bank details.

I've and opened a ticket on 28th march but no response yet

It may take 1 - 4 weeks; Are you certain that the names match? Are you using a Pre-Paid Card? A Credit Card? A Debit Card?

is this error fixed? because i still get this error and i have both the bank account name and my steams' are the same

If someone got this problem, you can check source code and find there your account name, mine got two spaces in between in two words but the spaces were not shown on the top of the page near steamworks logo. Copy that name and it gonna be fine
