Locked account

Hello everyone. My problem is inadvertently locked steam. And i try to unlocked by writing steam support but it please me to proof that my account but to proof need credit card or something like that but i`m a 15 years teen and i doesn`t have it i have just one game (Cs:Go) From my friend he sent my a gift
Actually i ask my friend could he transfer 8 or 10 Centos to my steam and i gave him a password and he says Thanks for steam account so i`m try to do everything to come back my account. I even now have skype chat and i can add photos if need with translators because Chat was in Lithuanian Language.

I`m really sorry for grammatic i`m Lithuanian

This is unreal my steam account my true steam nick:WaZep Acc user:chack68
But i can`t create discussion with Locked account. PLEASE HELP :)

Provide the proof Steam support asks for. Here is a link for what proof they usually need: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2268-EAFZ-9762&l=english

What do I do after I lock my account?

Once you have locked your account you must contact Steam Support. A support agent will verify that you are the owner of the account and restore full access to you. When submitting this message to Steam Support, please make sure that you include the account's login name and appropriate valid proof of ownership.

Man i told i don`t have steam wallet or credit card i`m just Teen My Friend had Steam wallet and he sent Gift with Cs:Go Game i`m not buy any from Steam.. I just Had Cs:Go

I just can send photos that i had just one Cs:Go and i had a gift and E-Mail That i trust my friend and give Codes. He told that was a Joke but.. I Locked my account.

I don`t have steam wallet codes.. Cd-Key i just don`t create it. I can create if need but i think that i`m locked so nothing can i do.

Contact the support, tell them what you don't have and ask them what you can provide.

you can not create proof of ownership after a lockout.
that would defeat its point.

have this friend contact support too or send you a scan of the retail key.

Friend have resent gift because he have a gift and resent to me.
