9 Weeks from Jan 27th is March 31st. So you have to wait until after March 31st to be unbanned.
After that time if you are still banned contact Steam Support.
TirithRR is right. Those 9 weeks will end on March 31st.
Could be that you have to wait until after a specific time on Mar 30th then.
Wait until after March 30th and then contact Steam Support if your ban is not removed.
if you did a chargeback you contact support , your account is suspended.
I am sure your message is telling you this.
or you can wait but I doubt that is a solution.
the steam system says 30th march... the altert is already gone but i still cannot buy any games lol
He probably already took care of he original alert with Steam Support, previously. Now is waiting out his punishment.
there are different punishments of charge backs. permanent ones and temporarily ones.
i had 9 week ban
do not hold your breath is my suggestion.
9 weeks, rough time without trading and buying games :D you gotta understand me :P
At least now you know there is a punishmet for breaking the rules. Maybe you won't do it again in the future :)
I see many people in your situation with the same message and more days over the cooldown limit.
edit: I searched for you.
