Games Running in Slow Motion and pc starting Slowly

Hello there,

I have a small or large problem. Yesterday my pc start very slowly, more slowly than it should 3min (Normaly from trun on to using mode 15-20sec ). But when I start the pc its start running and making warning noice and saying on the screen that connection in device not founded. I have a hdmi cable conenction directly to my video card.

After few time restarting the pc is coming to window mode but all in Windows is moving slowing (Closing icon is going a slow motion) and Windows saying usb not reconize devices. Also windows making noices that USB not reconize a devices.

I had buyed a new video card 8 day's ago, but its work fine.

Heats are normal 38 celsius and playing 64 celsius.

Rams work's too. 5GB is free all the time.

So all you geeks and pc god's tell me is the issue cause by my motherboard or is something els that I have't been look for? (SSD? Hard-drive, etc...?)

Could it be a virus / Malware?
Try downloading and running Windows Defender Offline[www.windows.microsoft.com] or another portable security software.

Try a system restore to before the problem started.

Well, I don\t have any virus as I run 3 day's a week a virus scanner. I run already a hard-drive scanner that check all mistakes or errors that didn't show any errors.
