Sega super bundle pack help

Hi, I bought the sega super bundle pack. I tried installing some of them and it worked, but I can't play them. An error comes up "Failed to Start Game (Missing Executable)". I followed the link here https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=8676-EFLX-7453 and that it gives me directions on how to fix the problem. I deleted the appcache and restarted my comp, but the problem still persisted. Then, I restarted comp again, shut down WebRoot SecureAnywhere virus protection and delete appcache again before even opening up steam. Still the problem persist. So now I am running out of options and I do not know what else to do :(

I am using Windows 8 ASUS

ps- the other games i have installed (that are not from the bundle) work perfectly and no problems when running them.

Tried to put the Steam -folder in its real time scan folder exceptions; despite shut down? (I don't know if all the antivirus completely shut down upon request.)

But Webroot Spy Sweeper sure is.

There doesn't seem to be a way to apply a folder exception on the SecureAnywhere:

Could you try this?

Hold down Windows -button and press R
run.exe opens up
Type in msconfig and press Enter.
Click the Selective Startup -option
Untick Load Startup Items
Select the Services -tab
Check Hide all Microsoft services
Disable All
Apply & Close
Restart PC

I'm still thinking it's your antivirus that's to blame, the Spy Sweeper has the green asterix indicating it should be uninstalled and it's by the same team.

I'm having the same issue, I've even re-installed steam and submitted a support ticket, nothing so far, the 2 games I REALLY wanted are the ones doing this, I've even tried tips from other forums and I don't have any of the programs recommended to be uninstalled installed

What would be the best thing to do for now? Since I've paid for the bundle (as well as others), would we send for a support ticket? Will we get our games at all? Was it a scam?

Looks to be that a number of games only have the redistributables or the scripts to install said files currently downloading :S
