Minecraft and Skyline.... kind of two extremes of the spectrum.
Without any complicated advice on the parts, i would say that it definately should play Skyline on high settings. Most other games should run on high settings but games like Battlefield 4+ or any other high-demanding games you would probably have to lower the settings to play at a tolerable frame rate. I would also say to go for a slightly lower end CPU and upgrade your graphics card. Cant give much advice on the CPU because I am not an AMD guy but I would say to atleast try to save the money for the GTX 960. If you cant, than those specs should still be fine for about 2 years on mid-range games until you need to upgrade. Also the PSU should be fine, but I would try for 80+ bronze atleast, but still, not required.
