Steam (download corrupt)

I've been for a week, trying to download Civ 5 I bought from steam into my new computer and I have suffered so much in return for buying it here on steam, I always get the error download corrupt like every 10 seconds and the download will go queue, i have to reclick it everytime.

Before telling me to do this and that, lemme just tell you what trouble I went through.

1. Change download regions? Yep i've tried them all, same problem.
2. Verify integrity of game cache? yep done that, nothing is fixed.
3. Tried wireless and ethernet cable, same thing.
4. tried to queue more than 1 game, also did that; same.
5. wipe the local file, restart steam and redownload. been there, nothing.
6. re-install steam? of course I've been there and I won't be here if it worked.
7. reformat my OS, oh yeah I was that desperate; unfortunately it was for nothing.

So please give me a real solution and stop giving me a try this crap, I've been through a lot of those. You want my specs? Here:

Windows 7 Professional 32-bit
Motherboard: Gigabyte
Processor: AMD A10 7700k Radeon R7 4GHz
Videocard: Nvidia GeFORCE GT730
Free Space: 2TB

This was a very disspleasing experience to be real honest, I am royally pissed I can't just call a customer service or even chat or e-mail someone from steam who can just troubleshoot with me or walk me through on how to fix this. Also please dont give me suggestions like "download this third party program"; I dont want to and I will never download such.

This is just a terrible customer service experience in my part; I am just considering buying on stores than to buy here on steam; I dont give a damn about discounts if the trade-off is this kind of experience.

What does the full error message say and does it happen when you start downloading? Halfway through downloading? Trying to run the game?

Also, no matter where you buy Civ 5, you will need a Steam account to download and play it.

no like I said I wont be here if it isnt a problem.

It's the same to any game i try to download wether it be Dota 2, Chivalry.. Name it.

Im not simply taking out my frustration to people, I just told you people what I've tried to do to fix this so we can make this short and simple.

I'm also sorry if it felt like i'm really frustrated because, yes I really am. I just dont think it's right for customers like us to go through this with as little support as generic FAQs and forums that doesnt seem to be visited by Steam technical support for patronizing their services. I was planning to buy Hitman: Absolution and Dragonball Xenoverse here as well and I was glad of not doing such.

Sounds like something is wrong with your connection (firewall perhaps?)

Additionally, I can't see you owning Civ 5 on the profile you're posting from. Are you logged into the correct account?

It's bought it for my brother's birthday it's on his account he successfully installed it. I also tried to download it from his account originally. Can i just like burn the CD or pack it into a usb or something to install it in my pc?

Steam is fully enabled on my firewall...

No I have never played any steam game in this pc once, nothing can be installed because of this problem.

I get the same error when i try to download ZOMBI and Skyrim Elder Scrolls V Legendary Edition. And please don' tell me to try all this crap like changing the region. been there. it dont really seem to work. and im really frustrated over it. and that's just... of course im ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustrated i bought games on steam that has trouble downloading i wasted 50 points and now i jsut wanna play the god forsaken games

I have the same problem, funny thing is that i stop and go downloaded a small game till the end and it worked perfectly fine.. maybe steam just hates us D:
