Steam client changed language to Russian

Suddenly changed to Russian, no idea how to change back to English. Any attempt to look up the problem gives me results for changing the language on steamcommunity site, not the client. Any help?

Click the top-left option ("Steam"), then the second from the bottom ("settings"). Then choose the sixth option down, and change the language from the top option bar.

guys when i use steam website from internet my steam launguage is russian D: any help ? i can't read RUSSIAN
