Check your Store Transactions page for a list of what Steam has charged you from your account.

It could possibly be the Verificaiton charges. They aren't real charges, just authorizations. They usually go away in a few days.
They are two random amounts, usually between 1 and 2 dollars each, your bank may be listing them as a single entry?
It's possible. Sometimes banks are slow on processing the charge. And if it happens on a weekend, it could be delayed until the beginning of the week.
Any real billing issues can only be resolved through Steam Support though.
