How do I contact steam support through steam client (solved)

Hello,
I can not connect to steam website only through steam client but i forgot my password
the password is registred in steam client (in my computer)
but in steam client there is no where as before a link to contact support
only on website but i never use website for me it is as new when they open it, this year or last year ?
I always has the habit to use steam program and now all the support is on a new
website why did they change support there (punaise de m**de) ?
Can someon help me to contact the support ?
or how do change the password (is it the same as the one on steam game program ?)
on which forum I can ask for help a link (but not the new website of steam a link in steam program client game)

Steam Support uses separate accounts anyway. Your Steam account does not work there, create a Steam Support account.

Click Create Account in Upper Right corner.

You need a seperate Support Account that is different from your Steam Account.

Hi, HI-Torque there is only on upper right corner the name of my account and in the option
there is change user account, account details and profil (sorry i translate from french)

@Device I can not they don't accept my e-mail , they says this e-mail is already use, of course
it is mine but there is no way , u must introduce the password under the e-mail account
