Report a translation problem
Usually when someone says Steam Support doesn't work, it's because they don't read the directions and then try to log in with their Steam account when the page specifically tells you not to do that. Or after they log in, they don't answer the first question in Step 1.
OP says he has tried 3....
On a Laptop or Desktop OP? I had two different laptops that would allow the touchpad and the mouse to both be active.

HA! I have a ROG G73! Yes, try that and see if it makes a difference.
Well this is not my day apparently. I googled how to turn it off and came to the conclusion to follow these steps.... - Open the Control panel - Press hardware and sound and then choose the mouse thingy - Then hardware - Then it simply says that I from there should disable it but all i can find is a uninstall a driver button... (I do not really know if you can understand what I just wrote hah ;( )
Control Panel>Mouse>Synaptics (or whatever) Tab
