Can't sign into account on a different computer
Just moved and I haven't been able to sign into my account except once the first time, where it asked me for a code. Now it won't work anymore. If any admin sees this, can they somehow unlock my account for me?

nobody on these forums has any control over accounts.

I assume your using a browser because it asks you for a code. So try deleting your cookies and you may get another code to sign in with.

Heres how to do it just incase you don't know. http://www.aboutcookies.org/DEFAULT.ASPX?page=2

No, it's actually steam itself that won't sign in. I can log in by browser just fine, it's what I'm using right now.

Try this.

Navigate to your Steam installation (by default this is located at C:\Program Files\Steam)
Right-click on Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white
Steam logo) and select Create Shortcut
Right-click on the new shortcut and go to Properties
Select the Shortcut tab
In the Target: field add the launch options which you would like to use after the Steam.exe
location (make sure to separate all launch options with a space - For example, " -
launchoption1 - launchoption2")
The launch option you want is "-tcp"
Click Apply and then OK to close the Properties window

Example "C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -tcp
