Bioshock infinite copy doesn't show in inventory

I bought the bioshock triple pack containing Bioshock, Bioshock 2 and Bioshock Infinte, and I also bought the bundle including Bioshock Infinite + Season pass hoping to have the franchise in my library plus the DLC's, while having an extra copy of Bioshock infinite in my inventory. However my inventory doesn't show any Bioshock Infinite copy in it.

A while back I purchased the serious sam complete pack while having serious sam 2 (also included in the complete pack) in my library at that time. After purchasing the pack I received all the games in it in my library, as for serious sam 2 a copy was added in my inventory which I can send as a gift. Shouldn't the same must've happened with Bioshock infinite?

Can you please help if you know how to get the game so show in the inventory or who I should contact about this?

As a rule Bundles WILL NOT include giftable copies. Only if the Bundle specifically says it includes a giftable copy will it include one. Any content you already own will not be included.

Ok, I see. Thank you for your reply.
I did not know that and the reasons why I was confused is becuase it doesn't seem to say in the serious sam pack anything about giftable copies either.

If I remember rightly, Steam is a lot clearer when it comes to duplicate copies when you get to the checkout stage these days - ie warning you at the point ie prior to purchase that a duplicate copy will/will not be awarded etc. You may have not noticed the warning and the link (as shown above by HiTorque) - I believe that is shown at that point too.

I think we are all guilty at times with hitting the "next" button for instance and often missing important information.
