No sorry, all trades are final. You were warned and had to click through a dialogue box telling you that you were giving the item away and getting nothing in return.

I'm sorry you feel so upset about this. I would feel awful too. Unfortunately, it is clearly stated in several stages during your transaction that you are giving away you item without receiving anything in return (Steam uses the word "free"). It is very clear and so highly unlikely Steam can refund you in any way let alone get your knife back to you. :( Please be careful next time. Only trust what you can see in the trade window with your own eyes.

than there was no situation you would have gotten it back.
you disabled all support with that for trading.

How do you accidentally trade it away when at several points it asks you to confirm what you're doing?

Someone most likely told you they would buy it off you and send you money on paypal, which was obviously a scam, but you fell for it.

The e-mail confirmation isn't the only thing that tells you this. It states it in the window that you trade from even without the e-mail confirmation.

How can you 'accidently' trade your knife for 'nothing'? You either agreed to a trade with the items as seen or you gifted your item away to a complete stranger online. Either way; Steam cannot do anything about this scenario and you have to be more vigilant next time.

I accidently sent him the knife cause i thought it was that popup of the "Scammer report"

how do you confuse that with a report button??

you disabled email conformation so you know you were on your own.

not that it would have mattered in this situation but you choose to deal with situations like this on your own.

Sorry you lost your knife, but you should be more careful clicking though things, especially when dealing with expensive items. Again, trades will not be reversed, its impossible for support to know if you are telling the truth.
