Any Debit Card in malaysia can purchase Steam Wallet/game?? [Solved]

Currently , CIMB and Maybank block the transaction from steam , The offical say:

'Basically if the sites are non 3D secured sites, the bank will decline the transaction. It means that these merchants do not have the One Time Password authentication /MSOS (Maybankard Secure Online Shopping). The decision was made based on the security reason and to protect our customers' account from any fraudulent attempt. We place security as our utmost priority. '

So still have another ways to puchase steam wallet??
(P.S) I cannot apply credit card becuz I am a student.

hi from malaysia :). same as u cant buy any steam wallet using the debit anymore :(. u can try e-club for steam wallet code. just bought from them a myr 100 steam wallet code and i got mine :). i gotta pay extra rm 7.00 for it though :(

but they wii charge more money and more high cost, I advise use CIMB for 0 charge haha xD

so public and cimb is not affected with steam good to know thanks. did u call CIMB to unblock or something? cause in ur first post u said its block?. e-club up their price to RM114 from RM107 after GST :(.

yes , CIMB Allow but need to go ATM Mechine to set up somethings ,like unblock than can buy already, I don asuggest steam wallet cuz extra charge + Gst Damn expensive...

I changed to Maybank but currently they block so I return bck cimb and ask the offical , Luckily they say allow to buy game at steam, Hope this can help u :)

hi just to inform u i just sign up with cimb kwik and wow its a great service. looks like i dont have to change bank hehe. i can transfer my funds to kwik with maybank2u. and i can tranfer fund to steam after that. the best part is there is no charge from both service. i hope it stays that way hehe.
