Any Debit Card in malaysia can purchase Steam Wallet/game?? [Solved]

Currently , CIMB and Maybank block the transaction from steam , The offical say:

'Basically if the sites are non 3D secured sites, the bank will decline the transaction. It means that these merchants do not have the One Time Password authentication /MSOS (Maybankard Secure Online Shopping). The decision was made based on the security reason and to protect our customers' account from any fraudulent attempt. We place security as our utmost priority. '

So still have another ways to puchase steam wallet??
(P.S) I cannot apply credit card becuz I am a student.

heh guys...weird thing,I bought steam credit using CIMB debit card,but I went to the cimbclicks website and check,no transactions have been made but I already got the credit in my steam...why?

I not so sure about that , Maybe is becuz bought steam is instant buy not online transfer money so don't have transactions record .

call cimb ask them to unblock payment to steam. or just create cimb kwik account and pay it from there its easier

First time i using cimb also facing this problem , U may proceed to nearest cimb bank and ask the admins , the offical will tell u go to the atm mechine and click a few button is mean to unblock ur debit card for purchase things , very fast and simple. U can try to ask cimb offical :)

*Bank Rakyat - allowed but they will block it first then they will call you to confirm (almost immediately). Just tell them to to unblock it for you the next time u purchase through steam.
*Public - i didnt go there since i already got what i want LOL.

It seems they dont call us anymore. We have to call them (Customer service 0326936880). Tell them you want to buy something from Steam, with a bit conformation then you're good to go.

does cimb kwik apply extra charges when you use it as a debit card? few days ago, i bought Rm 50 steam wallet, but when i look at my transaction history, the transaction happen was RM 50.40..

i was told by the CIMB personel that all kwik cards without the actual accounts in CIMB bank are cancelled .. the bloody idiots didnt even tell anyone and cancelled suddenly ! .. and the website still telling that we can make a kwik account if we r not CIMB customers ..
and steamstore itself didnt growup to implement the 3D security feature used by maybank .. why not steam store can wait second and let us enter a TAC code to verify the payment !! ..
maybank and steamstore had made our life hell !!
