Problems logging into my EA account, in Dead Space 2, and keeps telling me that another acount is using my CD Key

Please help me , I have had this problem for over a year now and I already contacted EA support but told me to contact Steam instead and led me here.

Are you talking about Early acces or EA the publisher?

Where did you buy the game from?

The game is Dead Space 2 and i bought it in Steam Store.

You should be able to download and play the game from steam then unless you bought from an unauthorized reseller that frauded with the cd keys.

If you have it bought directly from steam and are not able to download it / play it i suggest contacting steam support.

I just contacted Steam Support today and told me that they can not help with CD Keys right after I sent my message. As I said I bought it strait from Steam Store over a year ago.

Check the source of buy from your account and if it says steam-store screenshot it and contact support again. They probably think you used a cd key to activate your game.

If it says steam store, support should be able to help you.

When I sign into my EA account in Dead Space 2 a message pops up saying that another user haves the same CD Key and wont let me login and play multi-player. I went to EA Support and they told me that I have to contact Steam Support since I bought Dead Space 2 from the Steam Store. I have a screen shot of the in game message and a link to prove that I bought Dead Space 2 from the Steam Store October 31, 2012. Can Steam Support help me find anyone else who haves the same CD Key as mine and help solve my login problem?

This is what I said to Steam Support, the link and screenshot is sepperated from this message.

Steam doesn't register games with EA logins. They have no idea about which EA account you linked the key to
You're logging into the wrong EA account
Log into the correct one

Sounds like your logging into the wrong EA account on the dead space log in. You need to use the account you originally registered the key on. You cannot use the game key more then once.
