Disconnection due to BAD NET RATHER THAN ABANDONING in Dota2

I don't know how to send a direct message to Steam itself, but just in case they see this, then good. Because I'm starting to get really pissed (actually already am) about getting low priorities AND IT'S NOT EVEN BECAUSE OF ABANDONING. If I abandon games, then sure, I'd understand, but isn't there a way for Steam to know who disconnected IN PURPOSE? Because if you live in a place where the net is so crappy, like where I am, the Philippines (SPECIFICALLY PLDT, MY GOD...), I don't find any significance in getting low-priority penalties; it f**king sucks.. and what sucks even more is that it happens in game, where Command Prompt would say, "Destination host unreachable)

I'd imagine it's difficult to create a perfect system that works out for everyone.

Anyone can intentionally unplug the Ethernet, turn off Wi-Fi or shut down the router and blame the Internet for it if they're doing horribly in a game.

Besides, as far as it comes down to the other players' perspective, you are abandoning the game.

Yes exactly, and that's what I don't get because i don't do it in purpose, and again, it only happens while I'm in game xD

The software at the end other doesn't know you're not doing it on purpose, or why you are doing it. It just sees that you're gone.

If your internet is too unstable for this type of game, play something else.

If you disconnect for any reason then you're ruining the game for the other people in it.

Losing connection is the same as if you just pulled the cable from the back of your pc. You could fake a 'crash' by resetting your pc too. Either way, you've just ruined the game for the others which is why it puts you in low priority.
