BEX 64 error for months

Hi, have had this error for a few months now and am thoroughly annoyed by it all. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have had the following error crop up before three games launch:

Problem Event Name: BEX64
Application Name: Cities.exe

The three games are the following:
1) Banished (Shining Rock)
2) COD: Ghosts
3) Cities Skylines

Strangely enough, Banished used to run perfectly fine until I downloaded Ghosts.
After downloading Skylines, Banished now works again (as does Ghosts, though the in-game graphics are totally buggered. Perhaps this is all a graphics issue?)
