!!!NEED URGENT HELP!!! DYING LIGHT ERROR

GUYS,I NEED HELP
for the ones who played dragon age inquisition and middle earth shadow of mordor,i must tell you a thing,i got B E X 64(it won't let me put the letters together) error with unknown fault module name ON DYING LIGHT:
basically,what happends is that after i start the campagin,i play like 10 to 15 minutes and then it crashes showing me the B E X 64 error
if you need my PC performances i can tell you i have an lenovo G500 laptop
if anyone here knows how i can get rid of this
