Steam censoring Torrent sites?

Hey guys. A couple days ago Torrent Freak published a story saying Steam no longer allows users to link to KickassTorrents from Steam chat. (They wrote about it here: https://torrentfreak.com/steam-censors-kickass-mentions-chat-client-150214/) I'm writing a story on this and I was wondering if you could answer these questions:

1) Does this link work for you in the forums: https://kickass.to/

2) Does it work for you in chat?

3) Have you noticed if any other torrent sites can no longer be linked from Steam chat? (Or the forums, if that's a problem.) Apparently the Pirate Bay can still be linked but I'm not sure about any other sites.

4) What do you think about Steam censoring some Torrent sites? Is it understandable, annoying, both?Let me know, I'd love to get a general concensus on how Steam users feel about it.
