Annoying friend

Hi, im new to the forums and i play CS:GO mainly and i have a friend that i know in real life but i don't always want to play with him but he constantly sends me invites and spams me which annoys me like hell but sometimes i want to play with him so im not removing him. Any suggestion?

Ask him not to send you so many invites?

On Steam, you could play offline, block them or ignore them.

Hit him in face (in real life) or block him.

I don't know if this'll help but you can just switch your account offline while still being in online mode. Maybe he'll stop?

I have a friend. He always annoys me and i got busted because he knows now i am setting myself offline. He wants to force me. He says when he wants to play with me. DUDE COME PLAY PLS!!!!!! I say. Sorry no. He says: BUT WHYYYYY?! :( , Aaaaaaaand he spams.
If i don't respond he will keep spamming like. Dude? DUDE?! ARE YOU HERE?! PLS ANSWER! I KNOW YOU ARE HERE! DUDE. . When i want to play with him a game what i want. He says: Nah... Gmad? . I say no... I want to suicide. I don't want to delete him because he will spam on my youtube channel, facebook and on other websites. Can someone help?

Block him temporarily. If he start spamming block him everywhere and report him.

You can't do much more than this.

Block and/or ignore him when you feel like it.

Unblock him when only when you need him.

Then you can be not only an annoying friend but also a selfish one.
