How Do I Put My Artwork on my Profile for Everyone to See?

Probably a showcase. You get the first one at level 10, another one every 10 levels.

You know I'm not even sure there's a showcase option for displaying uploaded images. But yeah, you could buy cards or try to trade for them, I guess. It would be hard to get ahead though without spending any money.

I'm sorry, I just get a broken image icon for me. From what I can best tell, there isn't a showcase for artwork. There is achievements, games, items, trades, badges, favorite game, favorite group, favorite guide, workshop, achievement, and custom info. But even custom info will just put the file as a link, and you can add that even without the showcase.

It's showing now. Probably just a temporary error on Steam's end. That's actually quite a nice drawing.

UGC server is acting up. Also happening with screenshots.

Yes you need to level up to level 10 to add one showcase, but you don't exactly need to waste money, you can for example find people to trade it for tf2, csgo dota2 or other game items.
Anyway you can make badges from games that you don't even own, CSGO still the cheapest set to craft a badge (29 cents) and you can craft games badge 5 times
