How to record a Steam video on Windows 8?
F10 doesn't work, what do I do? I went to settings and changed the screenshot button since F12 didn't work, but there is no setting for video? If I publish a video to Steam I'll be level 3.

You can't record WITH Steam.
It means that you link your Youtube Video to Steam.

Profile --> Videos --> Add a Video --> You only can link it to your Youtube account
