Steam Support entirely unwilling to even repond to my several tickets

A) It can take up to 4 weeks for Support to reply, plus creating multiple tickets only slows them down even more.
B) Support CANNOT remove matchmaking cooldowns. If you have issues playing competetive, don't play competetive.

I have tried fresh installs several times, disabled firewalls and removed any anti-virus software (or other software that could be interfering with the game). These have, thus far, not aided me in solving the issue.

Have you been able to try a different internet connection (like a friend/family's house) or a different router/modem for your current connection?

Not seeing anything obvious in the application list. Though you do hvae a lot of CS and Visual Studio stuff that shouldnt' really impact how the game is working

Maybe as a first step uninstall Tunngle.

Also as others have said, you might want to try a hard reboot on your router as well

PS I see you have Heroes of the Storm, I was going to joke that's the problem only because Im jealous :P

I do that to my router all the time anyway and highly doubt it's what's causing this, not that I'm unappreciative of any suggestions that come my way! I'll get rid of Tunngle immediately as I'm not using it anymore.

And yeah I bought a heroes key for like $10 and called it entirely worth, super fun game!!
