Help ! Saints row 2! cant Play multiplayer! Money back!

Anyone help me pleases. today me and a mate bought Saints row 2 , We can't play multiplayer , everytime we create an Account it says error or acces denied, what are u supposed to do? Gamespy has shut down, is there any other way to play online? otherwise i want my Money back . thanks

It does not have MP according g to the store page. You bought a game that you just assumed was MP?

hmm. it is a bit confusing as the sysreqs do state something about both LAN and Internet play but there is no mention of it in the features list.

The description of the game says it does have multiplayer though, even if the Steam tags don't.
